This work is inspired by the opera Madama Butterfly, in which Butterfly stains her chest with blood because of love, which the love becomes pain. Based on this story, I added fantasy elements by dividing Butterfly into two personalities, where the white hair girl exists in the real world, and the black-hair girl appears in dreams. In the dream, the black hair girl is killed by love, and the white hair girl watched everything happen. The whole story is like a person having a conversation with herself.
The work is created using screen printing and rubber stamps, and tracing paper is used on the stamped pages to create a stronger dreamlike feeling. The entire book is bound with traditional thread binding, and the cover is made with a hard case and book cloth.
